OK. So 1) sorry I've been absent, February was, well, insane to say the least. I'm going to upload my responses soon now that I have a little time. 2) I accidentally voted twice methinks, both times for SSOTBME, so I think in reality it only has 2 votes, not 3. More to come.

^That or Gurdjieff's own "Views From the Real World," it's much more accessible than "All and Everything."

I'd be interested in working through Undoing Yourself with others. I'd also be interested in some Enochiana. DuQuette's Enochian Vision Magick is great.

Oh and if there's interest in Gurdjieff but we want something a little more accessible I've heard good things about a book called Gurdjieff Unveiled: An Overview and Introduction to the Teaching by Seymour Ginsburg but I've not had an excuse to get a copy and read it.

Ooooh. All and Everything is a blast to struggle through. I'd second that.

SSOTBME would be another great choice, certainly. I'd love to read that again.

I've never been able to get into Gurdjieff, but perhaps this book club's just the motivation I need to get passed the first fifty pages, hehe.

I'll add 'em all to the list, and we'll see what the crowd picks. :)

Anyone interested in tackling Enochiana? There's John Dee's Five Books, James' Enochian Magick of Dr John Dee, Szonyn's excellent John Dee's Occultism, among other possibilities.

I've been quite interested in Gurdjieff's All and Everything but it looks like it would be beyond the scope of what we are doing here.
