I don’t. I’m not sure what you’re describing is a good use case for Forms. I would have concerns about who can access the form, for one thing.

Do you know of an automated method to get the results? We’re looking at using forms for an internal server build form so that our app teams can fillout the form then have PowerShell DSC extract the data and build the server based on their specifications but I can’t find a method of getting the data out of Forms easily.

If you have any other ideas on how to have an online form for server builds I’d be keen to hear that as well!

Interesting post here. I tried to setup forms, didn’t seem to show me how to find them. I also poked around and found the “Outlook Contact Manager” and turned that on, hasn’t show up in apps or online/Outlook desktop. But my favorite thing I found after reading this blog was the Flows. I guess I need to poke around more. I created a flow from Google calendar to my Office 365 and it’s buggy, but working. Kinda neat.
