I noticed working through that M365 Admin Centre did not provide the option to ‘Block’ Anonymous users – only to ‘Allow’ them certain functions. This is after selecting scope = “applies to users that access documents anonymously using Office on the web”. Is an Azure AD group required for “Anonymous Users” in order to block them. Or can the second ‘Anonymous’ policy be created without an ‘Anonymous’ AD group? Many Thanks !
